Project Type & Scope
Supporting preliminary activities “immersed” TLG co history and practice, producing a draft outline for a facilitated stakeholder strategic planning retreat for the senior management review. TLG co consultants facilitated a strategic planning process with the intention of optimizing organizational performance and service impact. The process aimed to achieve agreement on and continued commitment to mission and vision. Through SWOT inventory (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats), and the establishment of workgroups, and subcommittees, around key areas identified and supported by the Quest Movement Strategic Planning Task Force (SPT) TLG co. Successfully guided subcommittees’ work to outline the Quest Movement’s efforts in program growth, organizational change, and strategic development. TLG co consultants also provided a final 2-year strategic action steps that would serve as a “touchstone” for both operational decision-making and strategic change activities for organizational sustainability efforts.
