Based in the Bay Area, CA, Fruc Menchavez III, MSOD serves as a Senior Associate Consultant to the firm. He is an emerging bicultural OD practitioner who leverages his experience and expertise within the nonprofit sector. He is also in the nascent stages of establishing his independent practice, Menchavez Coachsulting, built on the intersection of coaching and consulting while he continues to practice internally at a local non-profit organization. As a graduate of the University of San Francisco, Fruc upholds the Jesuit principle of cura personalis (“care for the whole person”) as can be witnessed in his practice of OD and coaching. A gifted facilitator, his primary goal is to use Dialogic OD processes to create containers where people feel brave to interact and share the best version of themselves.

When not focusing on work or OD, Fruc is an avid fan of travel, astrology and the Marvel Universe. He is also employed by Kahlua, his German Shepherd.
