Courtney Braxton

Associate Consultant

Courtney Braxton is a native Washingtonian that strives to create long-lasting organizational change. Professionally, his goal is to create innovative talent and development strategies for ex-offenders and skilled construction laborers. With over eight years of experience in his field as a Construction and Hazardous Abatement Supervisor, he has effectively led and managed a team of diversely skilled laborers. He is an ambitious, dedicated, and OSHA-certified safety trainer that holds dozens of industry-specific certifications across DC, MD, and VA.

Courtney is currently enrolled in the MPS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland- College Park and holds a BS in Psychology from the University of the District of Columbia. As a family man, he values spending quality time with his family, personal growth- currently improving Spanish mastery-, and engaging with others from various cultural backgrounds. In his free time, he enjoys playing chess, traveling internationally, watching sports, and learning and exploring the latest technology.
