Susana Gómez Ornelas is a Chicago based Vice President of Consulting Services. As an organizational psychologist and organizational development practitioner, Susana has specialized in group facilitation, policy analysis, data analytics, and psychometrics to facilitate radical and disruptive change for transformational outcomes. She serves as the firm’s Organizational Survey Lead, her team is tasked with research that combines qualitative (phenomenological analysis) and quantitative (correlation analysis) methods into a single study, which allows us to produce rich data, informing our understanding of our Client’s organizational needs in their current state. Her work and lived experiences in the multicultural and diversity, equity, and inclusion spaces have given her the necessary tools to approach organizations with a passionate yet strategic lens. Most recently, Susana has taken an interest in developing her skills in cognitive Organizational Neuroscience and organizational practices. Susana is eager about increasing awareness of IO psychology, social justice, and advocating for underserved and historically marginalized communities. Susana holds a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
